Kajibashi Soba

One of the few restaurants that serve non-beef options in this area. We ordered pork ramen, pork gyoza & Hida beef gyoza. Nothing really stood out.

Please read this if you’re seeing all the bad reviews. I didn’t go on google maps to check for reviews before and I was shocked to see so many bad ratings!First of all, it is pricey, but that is because it is Hida Beef; it is a famous type of marbled wagyu beef which, if you go across to the butchers store Hida beef is is selling for $20 for ONE HUNDRED grams!Also, it is not two minute noodles. Yes, our meals came out super quick (like 5 mins) and I’m not complaining. But did you know ramen noodles take 50 seconds to cook? Their soup and rice is already predone and already heated.Lastly, there are plenty of locals coming to eat here. Which is a good sign of a good restaurant. Semi-rant over! These people who are giving bad reviews don’t know what Japanese food are, haha! Definitely would come back, mmmm that Hida beef nigiri! So good!
