One of the few restaurants that serve non-beef options in this area. We ordered pork ramen, pork gyoza & Hida beef gyoza. Nothing really stood out.

Please read this if you’re seeing all the bad reviews. I didn’t go on google maps to check for reviews before and I was shocked to see so many bad ratings!First of all, it is pricey, but that is because it is Hida Beef; it is a famous type of marbled wagyu beef which, if you go across to the butchers store Hida beef is is selling for $20 for ONE HUNDRED grams!Also, it is not two minute noodles. Yes, our meals came out super quick (like 5 mins) and I’m not complaining. But did you know ramen noodles take 50 seconds to cook? Their soup and rice is already predone and already heated.Lastly, there are plenty of locals coming to eat here. Which is a good sign of a good restaurant. Semi-rant over! These people who are giving bad reviews don’t know what Japanese food are, haha! Definitely would come back, mmmm that Hida beef nigiri! So good!

Cannot recommend this place enough. The beef and rice bowl is out of this world. Definitely make a point of eating here!

Went to this place for some noodles and grilled Hida beef. Ordered Takayama noodle and Japanese leek noodle and they turned out fine. Watch out for the leeks coz they leave you mouth a bad breath like onions do. The grilled Hida beef flavored with salt tasted fatty and had a nice smokey flavor. Service was okay.

Ran randomly into this place because I saw so many people inside. Didnt expect to read so many bad reviews about it online. The beef was ok for me but the noodle is less than impressive. Guess I expect more for sth at this price range.

Price is fair the food is fair definitely not the best in town. The advantage is that is one of the only open restaurant in the afternoon while most of the food places are off. And when you sightsee you may need food at odd hours.

Beef sushi is tender and good but staff are not as welcoming. A place for gatherings. Not as child friendly. Food is good. Service and environment is alright.

Noodles are fantastic! One of the best ramens I've had. Soup is refreshing and noodles are cooked just nice! If you're headed there for dinner, be sure to make it before 7pm, they're usually sold out by then! The hida beef gyozas are a must try but do be there before 6pm if you want to get a taste, it's really popular.

Good taste of beef! But the soup is a bit oily. Race and raw beef taste good.Took 3-5 mims for all the dishes (3 rice + 2 ramen + 3 eggs + 1 raw beef sushi) to be served, timing was fine.The old man staff can speak a bit English so communication is OK, not a big problem.
